• What you need to know before making an Intention

  • Request can be made up to  2 (two) weeks prior to desired date.
  • Dates highlighted in blue are available.
  • Fill out entire Request Form
  • Intentions are for the living and the deceased
  • A voluntary donation of $10 per Mass request is greatly appreciated (place cash or check in Intention Envelope and drop in Collection basket or you may pay by credit card at the time of request).
